#1) When in the Buffalo area, they're just called "wings". Not Buffalo wings.
#2) Blue cheese comes with wings. Not ranch.

#1 just calling them wings, SHOULD suffice, but since these days they make trendy and sissy flavors for hipsters and wussys, its necessary to use the term buffalo to be specific that we aren't talking about crap wing imposters.

#2 The ONLY thing that comes with wings is extra sauce on the side for dippin and a small amount of celery for color. NO DRESSING AT ALL. Funnels eat that, not men.

This comment, like the first, also screams "ya ain't from Buffalo"!! EVERY order of wings (yeah, wings, not Buffalo wings) that I've ever had IN THE BUFFALO AREA comes with celery and blue cheese. Ya want extra sauce (wing sauce) on the side, ya have to ask for it. The next time ya come to Buffalo, go to Frank & Teresa's Anchor Bar where wings were first made. Duff's also has some of the best wings in the Buffalo area.
