Thank you for bringing this up. I just retired, however, I was charging the same rates as I was 6 years ago!
No increase for inflation not to mention the ludicrous rents that can now be found around Houston. In 2007-2008 I lived in a nice studio apartment in Montrose and paid $500 for it. That same exact complex now charges $750.
And you want us to what, discount our rates by $50 or $100 for a measly 50 cents a gallon savings???? The only reason gas prices are down right now is because the elections just happened.
