Some Troubles with Victoria Anne from Utica

I'm not one to make complaints, especially about well-reviewed providers, but I just wanted to post something about my experience with Victoria Anne from Utica because I feel it warrants mentioning.
I wanted to do something special with Leesa and Vicki, and had a duo all set up for a 10:30 morning event, Vicki even texted Leesa that morning to confirm. Then I get a text from Leesa while I am on my way that Vicki is not coming. Vicki texted to make sure everything was still on, Leesa told her yes, and then no word from Vicki and no show from Vicki. I finally hear from Vicki at 3 in the afternoon that she had a personal issue come up. I can understand that completely, but a text or call to Leesa or me would have been a nice thing. No word from her was just rude and disrespectful to the both of us, especially Leesa who had put a lot of effort into making this happen for me. I also found out she hadn't even talked to Leesa yet to apologize.
So overall this was very disrespectful and rude on the part of Vicki and I just wanted to put this out there so people know.

I was in the shower getting ready for said appt, got out had a voicemail. It was from the life alert company letting me know my grandmother had an incident and was being taken to the hospital. I sent an email to leesas private email apologizing about it when I had the chance, which was a day or so later. And I let said client know about it when he had contacted me. My grandmother was in the hospital until Sunday, and I spent the majority of my time that I wasnt working, up there with her. I apologized profusely, because that is not something I would ever do. The client wanted to set something up for this AM, and wanted a discount for what happened. Even though it was a situation completely out of my hands, I agreed. Everything was set for this morning, I told him I would text this am around 9 to confirm. Send him a text around 9:30 to confirm for our noon appt, I get a response to the like of "I got nervous because it was hard to get ahold of you the past few days to set something g up, and I'm just not comfortable doing this, sorry". I spent all day yesterday chatting with him about setting this up, the days before that, I wasnt able to respond, due to me being either at work or the hospital . things were a little hectic for me the first few days after all of this, but I did try to make sure all parties involved knew my situation. I delete my numbers and texts at the end of the day, and didnt have leesas number, so I emailed. I apologized profusely to everyone involved, and tried to make it right the best way possible.

I just spoke with leesa, my email didn't go through to her account. We resolved the issue, she was a doll about it and very understanding. Again apologies to everyone involved.

.if you're dealing with a gentleman in a situation like this then he has been blessed with empathy, compassion, and understanding...

Life does happen, it was an unfortunate situation, and I feel terrible. But like you said family comes first.
