Default Agencies busted in ATL

2 Agencies were busted in ATL yesterday.

http://www.ajc.com/news/news/police-...-dunwoo/nhxFH/

According to the reports, all women who worked for them will not be charged and are considered victims. Further arrests are expected pending cooperation of the other parties.

With that said, to any lawyers out there, what's the risks for the client who have used these agencies getting arrested? The screening forms of agencies asks for real names and employment information and that's one reason I've stayed away from them. But that's probably going to be scrutinized if there are records kept.

I'm not a lawyer, but I would venture to say the clients should be in jeopardy of prosecution. Unless there is video of or some other evidence to show a client actually paid one of the escorts for sex, the info the police have is not sufficient evidence to convict. Now, it might be sufficient enough to make life uncomfortable for a client-- like a knock on the door to have a little chat down at the station. In all likelihood, the "authorities" are going after the big fish-- owners. Getting a client to cooperate is icing on the cake to take down the owners. BTW, something similar to his happened in Florida. Cops busted the agency while treating the girls as victims.
