Actually, the claim in his OP is sustained on its own. He never said MLK said it. He provided evidence his compatriots and his own daughter are certain he would have opposed it.

Read the OP carefully, and try to understand how contemporary black leaders came to understand how they were victimized by illegal immigration, which became a much greater issue after MLK's death.
Latino labor was largely limited to farm labor, and Latino's were a far lower percentage of the population during MLK's time, so he had less reason to discuss it compared to today's black leaders.
