After hearing all the incessant whining from the too-much-time-on-their-hands brigade last time, I reworded this posting to avoid the noise. You'll notice it's no longer a "Top 10" list. You'll notice there's no empty slot. So you can remove your tinfoil hat; there's no conspiracy.

Don't make this into something more than it is. It's simply a list of my favorites. Women I can recommend to guys who share my interests. Lots of guys find it useful. Some guys whine about it. It saves me a lot of e-mailing. And the list gets referenced lots of times; an old version got linked to recently, which is what reminded me that it was well past time to update it.

The difference between me and 10,000 other Houston hobbyists is that I post a list a few times a year of who I've enjoyed the most. It's information that's not easily learned from reading the reviews.

Lots of guys find it useful.

Some of our frequent posters get put off by it, probably because it takes away from their incessant "Look at me" posts. Is a side effect of the posting that I usually get a provider's A-game? Damn. How horrible. Do providers occasionally contact me, wanting to get together for a session? It's because of that gun I hold to their heads. Friends who are frequent reviewers (and not assholes) get the same sorts of messages.

Jesus. So many of you guys have been circle-jerking around here for so long that it's like you've forgotten what the hobby is all about.

Here's a crazy idea: You don't like what I post, put me on ignore. I've done that with a handful of idiots here, and it's made my Eccie experience far more pleasant.

You are right. The hobby is about posting top 10...uh 9...lists, telling ladies to PM you if they want to be on it, and letting them know that your funds are limited and they have a better chance of seeing you/getting on the list if they give you a discount. Yup, that is what the hobby is all about.
