Putting aside such questions as what date and time the video was taken, or even where it was taken, by whom it was taken, and how it got into the hands of the media, "we" now have to confirm that the video is the launcher the rebels were claimed to have stolen from the Ukrainians, so that it will not be necessary for "us" to hold the Russians accountable for this atrocity.
