My late husband was Asian & used to drink shots of ginseng & then there was some sort of bark & or roots that he would get at an Asian pharmacy, then soak it in a large bottle of vodka, it was somewhat of a party favor among men, lol. I never really noticed a difference on the vodka/bark, but I do think ginseng is good.
