This is one of those prefessional lies I spoke of at one time. She is independent (even if you see the guy come out of the room), she really likes you and what she is doing (even when you catch her watching the TV mid coitus), and she has no pimp (cross my heart and hope to die). Having said that....I really don't like the idea of someone else benefiting from someone else's work but unless it is a sex slave thing (and that is another professional lie) it is up to her what she does with the money.

Does anyone like to watch what goes into making a sausage or even a steak?

In some cases, a pimpless provider may be part of the illusion that we pay for. Personally, I don't want to see the pimp or any evidence that she has one. For the time I'm with her I assume she is independent and if she is cool giving her money to a pimp, that's her choice. Maybe the pimp provides a service to her that she believes is important. In any case, it's her business.

This is off topic, but I can't believe a provider would have her tv on during a date, unless, of course, there was some hot porn on the screen!

I've heard this mentioned several times before...why don't gents request that the tv be turned off at the beginning of the date? It seems like it would be a little distracting, to me...

YES...I would think so. Pimps take all the money. I don't know why a whore needs a manager. Can anyone explain it to me please. Why dose a girl need a pimp or manager? I been on my own and im fine. Whats the point in it. I don't get it. Is there a pimp on eccie that can explain it to me please.

How we forget that words have specify meanings that can be different from the implied meanings that we code our language in. Saying a person is bad does not mean that they are good, no matter what the group meaning may be. Bad means bad and is related to terrible. There is nothing good about it. Got it?

I own the company, and I work as a part of management. We hire and fire the workers as needed, including security. Got it, we hire security. They do not hire us. As enlightened managers we pay our workers very well; particularly the sales staff who bring in the dollars. It is easy to give them a commission on sales, one may call it a piece of the action. It is more difficult to give rewards for performance to the support staff who may contribute a lot to the company. This includes accounting, warehouse staff and etc.

Has security contributed anything at all to our endeavor? Have they slept on the job, or have they prevented problems. Security has to be monitored and checked; the same as accounting.

Got it? Now do you know the difference between management and security.

I am not a pimp, but in my previous business I had the pleasure of meeting a few. One in particular was a pretty famous rapper in the 80's and 90's. He did take over half of the earnings, but provided cell phones and laptops to all his girls and handled marketing and scheduling. He was able to introduce them to an elite group of clients that they would not have been able to reach on their own. He even handled most of their medical and dental needs. All of his providers that I had the pleasure of meeting both loved and respected him. He did have "security" and they did provide protection if it was needed, but stayed off the radar at all times.

I know this is not the norm, but there are good managers out there that treat this like a business and since the providers are their only assets they protect them and treat them with respect. The manager does take a chunk of the profit, but at least you don't have to pay taxes to good old Uncle Sam. In most businesses management and security are usually a necessity as well as marketing and finance. If run properly everyone wins.

If you put it in perspective, every one of us that has a legitimate job has a pimp or if you own your own business you are a pimp. The workers make a shit load of money for the owners and get a small percentage of that and the owners take the profits and pay there employees a small percentage. If you do not perform up to par you get disciplinary actions taken against you and can loose your job. Sometimes we are even forced to do shit we don't want to do and we do it anyway to keep our jobs.

I'm not a pimp on eccie but I am a fierce woman in real life! I've seen girls who have a pimp lol (excuse me for chuckling) .. Who's been pimped... Who has a manager and some who are getting managed. All of these make a difference because all of these have a certain role.

However usually those girls who have a manager are getting managed in some way. 8/10 financially managed.... Look at it as a street financial manager /planner LOL!

Pimp - usually recruits and sweet talks the girl.. Manipulation.
If she falls for his or her game... She has been pimped
Security - exactly what is is
Manager - he or she handles everything. Food room rides ads, arranges
If she's ok... Then she under his wing (being dependent).. Being coached... Like a manager does his employees

I don't see the point in it at all. I know few providers that have pimps and what I know and what they tell me all the pimps do is just take there money. They might drive them out of town to work but that's it and hold there hand out for the money.. SMH but if the provider is happy with handing there money to there man well good for you my friend.
