But they aren't dealt with. Daphne has been bashing Amy since forever. I'm not going to debate whether Amy started it in the past, deserves it, whatever. I'm only going to discuss the merits which are do we have guidelines and are they moderated. Do you honestly think that if she'd been cautioned and then pointed in the months and months previous to this example that she would still be doing it? And if you think she would be, do you think she'd have been banned for lengthy periods for her behavior?

She was only cautioned after I hit the RTM THREE times. I understand the moderators can't be every where all at once. That said, it should be understood that if you egregiously break the rules you'll be sanctioned. People wouldn't do it if they knew there were actual consequences.

If thats your premise it's shit because you only saw one of the nine pages of infractions. And I have been banned 6 or 7 damn times. And those times I was breaking the rules, ( like when I asked Edited by Pistolero Comment outside guidelines). Out of line. And those 10 points landed me a well deserved 30 day ban.

BustedAmy is NOT defenseless, she's talked just as much shit as anyone else here, dare I say wu included. So are you implying that she is a hapless victim, or just too stupid to speak for herself?

I did not get banned for that statement. It is merely a summary example of when I did actually break the rules and got pointed for it. And I was only banned because those 10 points put me over the 25 mark. That won't ever be the case again.

Otoh, Let Ol Ho enlighten you on the rules and how they apply... since she knows it all.
