Good for you. I can't lose weight for shit. I ride bikes, do pull-ups and push-ups like Rocky, and run up mountains and shit. All that just adds muscle (and weight). Then again, I eat too much bullshit and drink too much liquor and sodas and not enough water. Dropping weight would be more for looks and shooting bigger loads than actual necessity, though being thinner is healthier anyway. I probably need a nutritionist more than anything.

But again, good for you. Glad to see all your work paying off.
