Sorry lilmynx69 that last comment was not directed at you and thank you for the advise

The ad is all about you and what you need. Not what you have to offer new clients.
Try a different approach. Try to make it easy for the guys. Try to use a format that is easy to read. Try to use spell check. I'm not sure I'd know what you meant by "causation" and NBM.
If you get past the slight snotty tone, Dorian is usually spot on with his advertising suggestions. Ijs

Since you think everyone is giving you a hard time, let me make another comment. Hopefully you will see it as constructive.
If you are getting the same questions repeatedly, then perhaps your ad is not clear enough. Maybe you need a website with FAQs that answer those oft asked questions. Then you can simply refer them back to that site with a cute quick note that you cut and paste.

Sounds like we got ourselves a man hater. Thanks LM, and derides DG. But both offer advice even though it wasn't asked for. Hmmmmm

Trust me. I know it's frustrating but if you post, you'll get advice. No one needs to be rude though.
But take a breath and read DGs post again.

I just forward the same email and say "read this"
If I had more time, I'd rearrange it on a new email and charge them 3 hours. [Note to self LOL....]
MyMynx.....has your dry cleaner ever bitched at you and said "HEY!! I cleaned the cum stains off this dress last week. Why did you go and soil it again?"

I learned in school that some clients will ask the same question repeatedly. Hoping for a better answer. It's my job to consistently give the same correct answer.
It's not a bad way of doing business.

I'm with you....the more they ask, the more money I make.
That's the same reason your dry cleaner wants you to get nasty with your clothes on. How will he make any money if you keep them clean after he cleans them.
Angel....We've been through this before:

I agree. Every where I patronize frequently, while I am there (nails, tanning, gym, car dealership, hair salon, petsmart, ect) I hear the phone ringing and them getting asked a ridiculous question, yet they answer and move on, it's really not a big deal.
The only time I ignore them is when the question is about BBFS or they are requesting a discount or trying to sell me something, other then that ...
I say something along the lines of:
Thanks for contacting me, but unfortunately ... blah, blah, blah ...
Have a great day,
Brooke

I have no issues with requirements but I'm also reasonable and generally my requirements are just preferences. For example if I say my provider weight limit is 125 and she looks heavier, or if I prefer height to be 5'4 and she's 5'9, I'd definitely be flexible as I'm not that rigid in my thinking. As for repeating myself at work if I have to say something a 3rd time then directness will likely rear it's ugly head in the form of: "Hey what's your problem?" unless of course I'm trying to get some pussy from a hot colleague but generally speaking if you're representing yourself at work at a certain level I don't have tolerance for incompetence.
