No Texts?

Help me out here ladies - what's up with the "no texts" routine? I just texted a new BP gal & she immediately replied with a single word, "call". Uh - no. I have a somewhat distinctive voice & really don't care to share it with potential LE. I know some phone plans make texting costly, but when you're making on the order of a $200+ for my visit I assume you can afford the $1.50 in texts. I'm a 21st century kinda guy and REALLY prefer digital communication to the old analog sound waves.

Am I missing something here or is my caution warranted?

Been thinking the same thing agave! I know some girls have really old school hobby phones, maybe that's one reason they don't want to text on it, but will def be nice to get a providers point of view.

I don't know exactly, as I prefer texting too, though I think it has more to do with screening. This is just a guess, but I do believe this is the preferred screening method for some girls, a phone conversation. Hope that helps!

PS- if needed, just get the voice changer thingy from the Scream movies.....lmao jk...sorry I couldn't resist

Guessing it's partly screening to. She wants to hear a voice. Some guys feel the same and want to talk with the lady and not possibly deal with her handling agent.

I think guys flood them with several texts they may be too scared to ask in person on phone. You know kinda shy perhaps then go overboard flirting etc. My 2 cents

Texting drives me absolutely nuts! Im blind cant spell and hate auto correct..by the time we get done texting and waiting for a response back.. youd hav all my info..been here an done left and you be back at home having a beer..plus..I like hearing your sexy voice...and plus its easier to lure you into my chambers with my sexy voice than with some mispelled wrds....plus im ol school..just pick up the phone and make the call...your on the phone anyways....aj..

just like some of the guys are saying it gives u a feeling for a person... I guess its like we are screening eachother this way... why waste time, call we can see if there is a little compatibility, then if u prefer texting for few more details or actual date set up U have done what it takes to make me a little more comfortabe... that is my reason for limited texting my friends too...
