Good music is a perspective. Everyone has their own likes and dislikes, and that's great, imagine how boring it would be if we all liked the same thing. I loooove music can't get enough but I like diversity, and I like different genres depending on my mood. Like, country- I use to hate country when I was younger but it's grown on me, but I generally only like newer pop/rock country nothing too twangy, though I do like Johnny Cash, I love that dark conflicted stuff. But as I was saying...I ramble a lot...Now that I love country, I still have a hard time listening to it in the winter bc of my mood. Country music always makes me think of summer so I can't listen to it a lot in the winter then I get sad lol I'm weird like that.
But I also love rock- classic rock, modern, alternative, semi-"hard" stuff, just don't like screaming...if you're screaming I'm not listening. Yes I'll admit I love pop, shoot me I grew up in the 90s. Rephrase, I like 90s pop, today's pop is retarded. Ooo and 90s rock!!!!! 90s rock is in it's own rock category btw!!! And I like just about anything 80s. And I like some rap, nothing too gangster no drive by's please! And I looooooooove techno and dubstep!!!!! That's what I'm currently obsessed with, dubstep omg....I found this girl on youtube, Lindsey Stirling, she's a violinist and experimented with violin-dubstep omg I love it....I'm getting all excited now lol....Some classical, mostly anything piano because I played piano as a kid...I love when people take popular songs and play them on the piano. I freaking love music. And this is why I'm the designated DJ at parties or when going out with friends I take over the jukebox bc I love it all and generally play something for everyone.
Aside from ALL that, lol I got carried away....what else do I love...hmm...
Anything girly and pink. Being sarcastic. Italian food...mmm pasta. Pizza. Specialty pizzas, like broccoli cheddar pizza mmm. Oh yes and I actually love vegetables, more so than fruit lol. Cookouts, had one last night even though it was pouring haha. Got a nice pic of hubby standing at the grill with a flowery-umbrella- HILARIOUS. Oh that reminds me I love taking pictures of anything and everything. And posting them to facebook. And I like embarrassing my husband, it is a full time hobby...I posted that pic to facebook haha, I've also in the past posted pictures of him sleeping with my very girly fuzzy pink pillow and leopard blanket. I love facebook. I love friends and family and being with them. I love making new friends. I love learning(dork). I love my real job.
I could go on and on. So much that I love, so many favorite things. I obviously love talking too haha. But I'm also a good listener, and love being there for my friends and family in that sense.
And I love hearing other peoples interests. So I love this thread
