I'd not leave my health in anyone's hands but my own.
I'd have a medical alert system and if you feel odd/smell burnt toast, etc, I'd use it and she can stay/leave as she wishes.
If you want her to call 911 after you cant/are dying, why? I'd rather go out with a smile on my face than in a hospital where nurses do not act as though they are in a porn
