Is it still breaking the board rules if no names were mentioned? No, I'm not trying to be a smart ass, I'm actually curious what the rules are. Whether or not if the OP is being honest or not, getting a Hep-B vaccine isn't a bad idea. The risk is still there, and it is better to be safe than sorry.
