I get the feeling I shouldn't admit what I do for certain providers on a whim, lol. In my defense, my NYC accountant gives me a "have fun" number every month. He thinks I spend that money on travel, things for my house, and other stuff. But I know where to spend for real fun times.

SFK makes some good points. If there is no click an overnight has a high potential of being less than satisfactory. So, best not to experiment with an un-known (to you) individual.

The other thing that I personally identify with is the "Planning" stage. Good TCB skills are not limited to the day or two prior to an appointment. For some the lead up and anticipation is a hell of a lot of fun. Setting expectations, nailing down details, and of course the teasing go a long way towards making the whole experiance not only something you will want to repeat but also savor while in the moment.

As for some of the other concerns voiced on this thread (farting, bathroom protocol, morning breath etc.). A two bedroom suite makes a lot of problems go away. This may only be applicable to my situation (couples play) but it is worth mentioning. (Do you really want to pull out the cpap machine in a p4p scenario? Or worse yet have someone tell you to "roll over and stop snoring.)

On a final note if you are not in controll of your alcohol consumption someone else will be. Yet another awesome way to end up with an experience to forget rather than one to remember

This is a critical factor. I like to chat with a provider for awhile to get a sense of her likes, dislikes, general temperament, and to some extent--trustworthiness. This happens over phone txt, online chats (gchat/skype), and/or OTC meetups at a bar or restaurant. When we both feel comfortable with each other AND we click, I like the lady to give possible dates for her availability. Then I handle details and expenses from there. All the little stuff, like snoring, farting, and the bathroom thing (lol) is just something you have to deal with.

In regard to the topic, most of my overnighters have been on a more relaxed or romantic theme along the lines drawn by Claire earlier. With only one exception, they were clients I had spent time with prior to the extended date.
