First a question: How do you collect the $40? Does the guy give you a CC# over the phone? or do you charge him an extra $40 when you guys meet? Just curious.

Now an observation: I was shocked several years ago when a friend told me she had to pay a fee to an apartment house to check her out before they signed a lease with her. I found out that this is now common practice. The apartment sends the info to a company to check out the potential lessee and that costs money.

So, an earlier comment about a customer paying to be checked our doesn't seem so bad to me. I do think there is a lot of time involved for an escort to verify the information to make certain the guy isn't Le or a bad client.

I have previously contacted Ember by email and found her to be polite and friendly but we never connected. I don't recall any of her postings to be off-putting nor do I find this one to be bad. I like people who are honest and upfront about what they offer and what they charge.

I also think this is the correct place for this thread as someone else started a thread about the practice.

From what I can tell from the reviews, anyone who has seen Ember has had a great time. If you don't like the screening process, go elsewhere.

I understand that some ladies use Eccie to post opinions and stuff. I just use it to advertise and explain new guidelines etc. So, judging my personality off a post about my fees isn't a good judge of who I am.

1. I said, I don't post reviews unless requested. Note, I have no reviews to my name. I have asked several ladies, if they would like a review as the visit is over. All of them have said that they don't really care for reviews. Some have said, I could if I wanted to. I think it is an intrusion if not requested or desired.
2. If you are using ECCIE to advertise, you are doing a poor job. You would be better off to not say anything. My response is due to both your previous postings as well as the current one.
3. Reviews? I have seen many fake reviews on this site. Many written by the girls themselves, or by their management.
4. You are on my list of "NO WAY, NOT EVER" ladies, because of your attitude.
5. Beautiful young women are easy to find. All of the males have encountered beautiful women with an attitude. For the boys who are enthralled (from the word: enslaved) by beautiful woman, most are left with a broken heart or the feeling that they were not fulfilled.

Read that as screwed. Is the fucking you are getting worth the fucking you are getting?

Don't misunderstand, I was married to two very, very beautiful women and both died, and they didn't have the attitude that the world owed them a living because of their beauty. They were good partners; for that I loved them.

I've been hobbying for 9 years and never heard any shit like this. Why not just up your donation instead of looking for ways to indirectly ask for more money??

Would all three need to be screened by being a DATECHECK, TER or P411 member? If they are not members how can they secure an appointment with you? Do you take newbies? If so what do they need to do short of giving their real name and private information?

I have already explained in my initial post why I am only charging a fee for newbies.
I don't need to increase rates for others.

Where is it being the norm?
I travel to over 25 cities
Every city I go to, I see ladies in their ads who have a "newbie" rate.
So..: it's being a norm everywhere.
I don't mean to say that EVERY girl who offers newbie screening charges it, I'm just saying that every where I go it see girls who charge a fee.
I'm sure now that I've mentioned it, you'll start to see.

If guys don't want to pay, no mind to me... Go see a another girl and then come back to me with references. No biggie!

Most likely a lot of guys on here and p411 have enough history that they will never hear anything about a fee. A girl in the wild however probably fields calls all the time from guys that have no history or web presence at all. Those are the guys that will see the few.

I think Ember handled this thread and the comments very diplomatically and with profession. I have not seen a "screening fee" or "extra for newbie". We do see some $300hr for new friends and $250hr for returning friends. I view this as pretty much the same thing.

Thank gosh with this hobby, there is enough variety for all of us to be happy!

Saw Ember about a year ago and she is very sweet, not to mention one of the most beautiful girls around. Knew the limits going in and had a great time. Was a newby then and would have had no problem paying the extra $40.
