As many of you may or may not know, I am a die hard Broncos fan. Yes, I apologize, blame my parents. I just wasn't raised right!

Anywho, ever since Denver beat New England, I've been kicking around some ideas for how best to show my support for my Beloved Broncos, and in doing so perhaps even get a few of you gentlemen to say a little cheer for the Donkeys.

So, after giving it some serious consideration, I've decided to hold a raffle. I can't discuss the specifics here, as I have been advised that would turn this post into an AD instead of a threAD (which it damned well is, so take that naysayers). So for the details, please visit my weekly ad.

In the meantime, I will be designating an impartial party to be announced who will actually oversee the raffle and draw the name of the lucky winner. Can't have anyone thinking the drawing was rigged!

So feel free to ad comments, questions or suggestions here. If you are willing to draw the name for me, please let me know.

Now go ahead and make all your comments about the Donkeys - you know you wanna

NOTE #1: Nothing is E-V-E-R Peyton Manning's fault....

NOTE #2: On a related note, Peyton said he'd be impartial enough to draw the name, but if people get pissed because their name wasn't drawn, go back to NOTE #1...

Well, for Seahawk fans, at least they have a consolation to look forward to if their Seahawks fail to come out on top. See? Everyone wins.

Now, if Seattle should win, I guess I am going to need lots of consoling and pamper. But we know that will surely not happen, right?

More clarifications:

You do not need to be a regular client to enter the raffle. All gentlemen, both returning friends and new friends are welcome to enter.

Oh man. That was just painful and humiliating to watch. So I just got home from a SB party that before it was even halftime felt more like a wake than a party. From that first snap that resulted in a safety, that game just hurt to watch. I wish I could say that the commercials at least made up for the game, but well, not really.

I think the best way to get over the humiliation and move on is to hold the raffle anyways. Extra DATY will be mandatory though. A girl does need a little pampering after such a disappointment!

I will post the lucky winner tomorrow. For now, I'm going to go lick my wound and cry quietly. *sniff*

And congrats to the Seahawks. Denver may have choked, but the Seahawks played an outstanding game in their own right. No false bravado here by saying that Denver gave them the game. They earned it with outstanding plays and few mistakes. They most definitely brought their A game tonight.
