You were not there for the stories you were told about. In most cases there are only two people there which leads to the typical he said she said bullshit. You base your judgements on what is fitting with your objective and go forward.

Of the providers that posted there were at least three that stated they had no problems with me and the one that does and clearly had an axe to grind. You choose to believe the one based on your opinion that she is more credible than me. Since you know her and don't know me I can understand your bias but to say that makes her more credible makes you just as biased in your opinions but not any more accurate.

As for your police example you are correct the court will believe the cops. Are you also going to claim the cops never lie. Most probably don't but there are some that do.

Yes. I've known Fran for a number of years. More importantly some people here in Austin that I respect and trust know Fran as well and initially vouched for her and still consider her top notch. She steps up for and helps people... has for years.... She is extremely credible.

BUT.... I also weighed your story, looked at the circumstances..... got very detailed information on the .situation that connected the two of you and examples of the extreme pettiness you displayed. I combined that with the ignorance you displayed for the situation you were in during our exchanges and came to the conclusion you were a PooPooHead.

Of course they fucking lie...They are just people but the pressure of the situations they are in at times tends to get to a lot of them. They also Cheat and as a group they don't pay their bills! Horrible Credit and a lot of divorce....

You are correct about a couple of things. I am inexperienced at real estate and learning quick. I know you were born perfect but most of us have a learning curve. People that do know me find me to be pretty credible also. Are you now going to say your people are better than mine. Kind of silly isn't it?

As for not being good at bashing, you are correct there also. I have no interest in ever being good at bashing people. Not even you. You can keep that crown for yourself. It is not something that I would ever be proud of.
