All the years I've played with a civie, UTR or in the internet hobby. It's to damn simple to ask whats on or off limits, what do you like or not like? This is a very good question and IMHO it is asked in such a way as to NOT be considered criticizing, thank you TK. There seems to be some very good, honest answers and I would like to throw in my .02 worth also. I don't think there is really a blanket "one size fits all" answer.

One reason, IMHO, is the "forbidden fruit" syndrome. We can't have it but we sure want to admire it and get as close to enjoying it as possible. We could ask if it's on the menu, of course, but if we are told it is absolutely not on the menu then any possibility of any contact is dead. Out of respect for the lady most clients will not cross a boundary that has been established and set in stone. "She doesn't have greek on her menu so I'm sure that's not an option but I can touch it and enjoy the fantasy" so to speak.
