And that being said ... the training to be a MOD is extensive ... I think ... no thats right it is a VOLUNTEER GIG and reviewing the guidelines is part one of that training and part two is remembering that WE were, and still are, part of the community.
SO Slack is given, and when the shit/nonsense gets to intense we have to act!
The process goes ... for the upteenth time: warning, PM warning, Official warning of infraction (1 point), Violation (with Points), repeated Violation and points, Temporary ban, if violations within that time, extended ban, continued infractions when back further violations/potential ban ... and then of course the ultimate permanent Ban ....
Or something like that! But as an UNTRAINED VOLUNTEER ... I'll double check the 'how-to' handbook
