Ginger,
I read your original post and was somewhat taken back. Not that I didn't agree with some of what you said but how pointedly it was worded--I imagine in haste. Your acceptance was well worded and heart felt. Congrats! I've had to make a couple of similar apologizies in the past and I have found a solution that has kept me out of trouble since that time. Whenever I draft an email when I'm angry I now save it as a draft for a minimum of 3-6 hours. After reviewing I reword it to get the point acrosss without trying to offend.
