Jack..... I think I might be missing something....
In the IPR forum, there are two options for creating a new thread.
One is new review, and one is new thread.
If "threads" are not welcomed in said forum... why does the option exist??
The fact that there was a "new thread" button is the reason I created the post in that forum.
Is THAT really the reason the thread is not welcome there?
If there are NO other "threads" other than "Review Threads" welcomed in that forum... why the dual option? Just trying to ask a legit question here.... though that is not always welcomed either....

I believe the ruling (which I happen to agree with) is that, despite having the two thread options you mentioned, the IPR forum should only contain reviews ("Independent Provider Reviews: Post reviews to share your experiences with the rest of us."} So this non-review thread has to be moved "somewhere", and this forum was chosen by default.
