Whether it belongs in Coed or in the Sandbox is a fuzzy issue. Arguments can be made either way with valid points. My opinion is who cares. As for why it is there, it is not because of Mokoa unless he is the one posting to it every day to keep it at the top. It is not a sticky so if no one posted to it it would be out of sight and out of mind.
