So its not the "customer service" thats the problem, its what the providers and hobbyists are doing and the failure ti control that, in my opinion.

I agree with Johnny4455's presentation as it supports my earlier comment with one clarification. I think the Johhny's comment of "failure to control" by the mods, is actually a componet of customer service, albiet, the failure thereof. Yes the mods need authority, yes the gals need to be safe, feel safe, etc, we all do. It's how some issues have been handled, or, have been not timely handled, etc. recently which has been interesting. In a stressful situation, perhaps a lot more tact. And, there's zero reason for a mod to poke fun at any of the gals who has been upset.

Oh I'm not offended and you're all good. I get it though, I really do. I have seen mod abuse, heard about it in nearly every region on this board, and its a fact, it has happened. Discussion on the subject is good, I just hope not all mods are generalized.
