No idea where this discussion got taken to, but I will respond to the original post.

Ada, I agree with you 100%, the behavior by some on this board is despicable. That being said, they are allowed to remain on this board, so what does that tell you about the mods of this board?

They are obviously in league with them or just don't care.

Therefore, I personally think whilst wanting to try and change things is admirable, I also don't see it happening unless the mods were changed.

I think it is great if you will speak up or challenge when someone is abusive for no reason. I also think though, that ignoring those who make those comments, is also a viable means for getting rid of them.

These types of people thrive/feed off of attention, they are like petulant children who throw their toys out of the pram to get attention from mommy. If everyone as a whole started ignoring them, do you really think they would continue to post?

Anyways, I do admire you taking a stand and support what you are saying/trying to do.

Can you give me an example of where the board guideline was broken and the person was not disciplined? Keep in mind that only staff and the disciplined person know if they were disciplined or not. And that we do not remove or edit posts except in extreme cases.
