What do you think San Antonio.... Honestly... Do you want your Mods to be fair? to moderate all posters equally within the guidelines?

Should a Mod edit or censor one member that posts content of the same nature as that posted by another member?

Personally I would find it rather petty and expect better.....

I am beginning to understand all the rebellion and lack of respect you have for your MOD staff as I read more and more.....

Ladies are allowed to run full blown ads in their Sig Lines in many cases......

But I have to wonder if SOME ladies are censored.... Ladies if ANY of you has been asked or told to modify your Sig lines post here the reasoning behind it....

Personally I believe there is a selective enforcement and censoring occurring and too many of you are like sheep simply doing what you are asked although you may not be violating any rules......

While others are CLEARLY violating the rules.....

Guys.... Are your reviews modified or are you told to edit something out? refused credit for some small detail.... due to a local interpretation of a national guideline?

maybe you were told that "late October" or something similar was not specific enough?

Post it up here and we can get some opinions of others much more experienced....

Personally I haven't seen enough bias in 5-1/2 years here (in SA) to bitch about it. I think our Mods are fine.

Agreed... I think they do a fine job. I get a slap on the hands every once in a while... and no I haven't seen any of them BCD so I don't think I get treated any better..

I have been corrected on my signature line before by JJ... However, he was very professional about it and I apologized because it was an honest mistake on my part and I really was not trying to manipulate the system...

I had a planned tour to Houston this past summer and something came up... I cannot remember if I had pneumonia or if it was because of child care issues... I am not sure... However, I had tried to post a notice in the Houston Co-ed section but that looked like an ad and so I received an infraction for that thread... and in no way was I upset about that...

However, I did not want the men of Houston to think that I was being flaky so I had posted in my sig line that my tour dates had been changed. However, by doing this I had inadvertently EXCEEDED the 15 line limit. What I didn't realize was that each photo and all font that is greater than the standard is counted as THREE LINES...

JJ was VERY professional about it... and I apologized and changed my sig line accordingly... I really do not mind if the mods have to correct me... as long as it is not PERSONAL... and to be honest... RARELY, has there been an incident where I felt like a mod was anything but professional with me...

It is each member's duty to know and understand the rules and regulations and in this incident I had CLEARLY not done my part and that needed to be addressed.

Well... I compared notes with another member with a very similar issue and I got a directive and he did not even get a notice....

Seems like an agenda rather than a concern with the rules.....
