I guess Victoria you could not have explained it better. You state that NonGFE is like a BNG or short session or short progam as I call it. I would say a nonGfe can be no kissing, CBJ and maybe limited positions but can still be 1 hour in length. There are a lot of girls on ECCIE that are not GFE or limited GFE. Never really experience the PSE I tend to go for the GFE or limited GFE. I would think to really have PSE you would have to be with a porn star.
