1.) Current pic, not from 2-10 years ago
2.) Body shots, not just the face.. too many ladies have slim faces but larger bodies
3.) Not laying down ( tells me she is overweight) and too many providers pics are laying down or show pics of feet,hands,ect.all that tells me she is hiding her body!
4.) Be comfortable with your body, after all once you meet you will see it all!!
