My doctor just cut my BP med levels in half. That may help. They can interfere with the goal and too much surely can.

I did learn something from her I hadn't heard. She said that testosterone determines the drive and not the act itself. If I feel like doing it and am drawn to the idea, I'm probably ok. She did defer to my endocronologist for a 2nd opinion on testing since she is a hormone therapy specialist & I see her often.

If you haven't noticed, I love female doctors. They seem to take so much more time explaining things and listen to your concerns much more closely than most males.

LOL... my SO has no idea the mental challenges she created for me when she moved the FAM to a female dentist... she is a hottie!!!

Wish she would find an "SO approved" female Dr I might actually go get checkups!!!

I have found that proper diet of fresh fruits and veggies regular good nights sleep, exercise and keeping well hydrated with juice and water have a huge impact on whether things work as I passed the half century mark.

An Indian lady friend of mine has helped me learn to listen more carefully to my body and recognize when I am dehydrated, stressed or just tired so that our times together can be more... productive.

It was very eye opening just how much stress and toxins from poor diet were effecting me.

Lindsey Lacey is a very wise resource in this area that I have not seen mentioned. Most providers have to work to get one pop from me in a two hour session. Lindsey always seemed to be able to effortlessly get two....

On my drive home, I keep hearing ads for a male clinic. The guy talks about a free consultation and asking questions that most doctors don't. I can't vouch for anything, but it may be worth a phone call. Listen to Galloway & Co. on 103.3 between 4:30 and 5:30 and you'll probably hear the commercial. The phone number he gives ends in MALE.

I checked into the male clinic via two pharmacies. There is nothing they can do that a urologist can't. The only difference is they don't take insurance (you have to file it yourself) and seem to be much more expensive.

They administer a drug called tri-mix the same as prescribed by urologists. The three components of this mix have high-end limits that can not be exceeded.

Bottom line is they can't do anything a urologist can't do for less money. IMHO. Google "erectile dysfunction doctor dallas" and scroll down the paid ads on top to find one.

Phildo's reference to the mythical Phoenix has me looking towards the sky and trying to make connection. The Phoenix is up that way and not below, rigtht?

TTH, TM AND OG ... I think I am in your league and this is what happened to me ...
... I thought I had ED 3 years ago and checked prostate, T levels, etc, etc ... worked out at gym frequently and urologist made me try V and C vitamins ... guess what, They didn't work and gave me headaches and stuffy nose so I stopped taking them ...
I found that my problem was psychological and not physical ...
I met someone that makes my snake dance with her music as soon as I see her ... and I was cured ... LOL
... now I want to have the goodies twice a day

I have just started having ED .. doc gave me the blue and orange to try both worked but gave me head ache which you might as well shoot me over a headache ... tried zyrexin and my whole body throbbed and made my hemroids bled alike a river ... now on " cialis" daily 5mg , no noticeable side effects and about a 90% effectiveness factor .. I do crossfit workout too , I guess I will keep using these til better comes along

You are right, not every woman can make my snake dance either. It is mental, stress related, and sometimes a bonafide health issue though. It's also affected by often too....the more I get the harder it gets to be my best.... To finally find the balance.

I did hate to see Alicia retire. Before she did, I played city tag with her. I never could catch her in Dallas. Then she was gone. I do miss her.

Attitude and frame of mind will do what medications can't. It is arousing when a lady gently unbuttons my shirt and takes it off, leads me by the hand to a resting place, exudes sensuality and makes me feel like a king. Another turn-on is intelligence and confidence. If she can keep a conversation going when I stumble, it is very attractive.
