And actually, outside of the basic religious prejudice, xenophobia and hatred that comes with growing up in the South, I haven't suffered too much injustice. Couple of synagogue bombings in Mississippi were frightening...one which happened I was visiting a friend. A good amount of fights on the schoolyard with kids whose parents couldn't read anything but the Bible. a few dicey moments during the civil rights movement. Nothing like my parents' generation, a "few" of whom died in the Holocaust.

But I did learn something about ethnocentric racist rednecks .... Like how to spot them GOOOB!

Yes, racism and hatred are everywhere. The very thing you claim to detest, you also display plenty of.

I think they repaid the world when they took out the Syrian nuclear reactor. Otherwise, Barack the President would have to deal with a Syrian nuclear bomb now. Plus, they took out Arafat

Well, super litigator aka jewrish pissant can just sign a check when he defects. The $2,500.00 he got for his bed on wheels will help out a lot. It will pay for less than one month of what he'll cost them in social services.

40 Billion? Are you fucking kidding me? That's like $5,000 for every man woman and child in Israel. $20K each year for a family of four. We don't get anything in return for that money.

I have a better idea. Israel is a rich and technologically advanced nation. They can survive on their own. They don't need our money, so give them nothing.

If they can't survive without US payments, then they aren't really a nation. They are nothing more than Cuba when the Cubans were propped up by Soviet money. They would be no better than North Korea is now, propped up by Chinese money.

I don't believe Israel is in that boat and they would be fine on their own. And it would make the US-Israel relationship a more honest one.

Also, even assuming I buy your argument that we can just print $40 billion, we still have to figure out the highest and best use of that $40 billion. We would get a lot more bang for our buck by re-building $40B in infrastucture than we would get by giving Israel $40B and hoping we get a small piece of it back in arms sales.

I guess it is a good thing we give so much money to the people in Congress who actually vote to dole out the money. AIPAC delivers the votes on issues like this, for those of you who understand the importance of Israel. I appreciate the supportive messages people have sent me on this issue.
As for you anti-Semites who oppose the modest amounts currently sent, shame on you for slighting your best friend in the Middle East, and taking the side of Muslim terrorists.

I think Yssup is right. i don't think you really are Jewish or a lawyer.

I think you are Marshall or some other anti-Semite saying the most blatantly selfish things in order to make Jews look completely self-interested and greedy.

There is nothing "modest" about the sums we currently send. In fact, they are too much.

No, they are not enough.
In any case, I'll make the same wager with you. I am not Marshall - and I will escrow 10 grand for a bet with you to prove it.
