And actually, outside of the basic religious prejudice, xenophobia and hatred that comes with growing up in the South, I haven't suffered too much injustice. Couple of synagogue bombings in Mississippi were frightening...one which happened I was visiting a friend. A good amount of fights on the schoolyard with kids whose parents couldn't read anything but the Bible. a few dicey moments during the civil rights movement. Nothing like my parents' generation, a "few" of whom died in the Holocaust.

But I did learn something about ethnocentric racist rednecks .... Like how to spot them GOOOB!

My answer would be none...if we have to borrow the money to send. I would first stop sending any money to all of the nations that are not our true allies and see if there is any left for Israel.
We cannot afford to pay our own bills without borrowing money from the next four or five generations.
Generational borrowing is taxation without representation.

We (speaking as a US citizen here) don't need to borrow it - just print it. It doesn't need to be paid back when you increase the money supply - plus Israel buys US armaments - which helps the US economy.
