I believe it goes back to what has already been said, it's too easy to be a jackass when you are hiding behind a keyboard and not face to face. Here's an example. Let's say said Asshole is actually mild-mannered, 5'6", nerdy looking, Clark Kent type (minus the good looks sans the glasses and nice abs concealed under the shirt). Let's further say that most of his life, in the real world, he's the kid that got picked on in school (btw, this scenario works for both men and women). With the advent of the Internet/chat rooms/social media all of the sudden the person behind the keyboard can actually BECOME what they may secretly want to be. No longer do they have to put up with bullying, no longer do they have to sit on the sideline while the other "boys and girls" are picked first. So all of the sudden this new persona evolves and he/she likes it. The only problem is, eventually he/she has to step back into the real world and assume the role of Clark Kent once again, because that is all they REALLY know, plus deep down, they really are nice people.

Women know men crave sex and men know (in the real world) that if they are going to get sex, they MUST treat a woman with respect or she won't give him the time of day. Let me put it another way, men want to conquer things, including women. That's who we are. That's why after marriage men tend to move on to other goals in life. It's not that he does not love his wife, but she's been conquered. A smart woman knows how to keep mystery in the marriage. Unfortunately most women forget about the mystique side of their femininity after marriage … and here we are today.

So back to the quoted text, and my question, "Why are men here?" Ladies, this is crass, and I don't mean to demean a single one of you, but we don't care about building a relationship with a single one of you. We don't associate sex to feelings, at least not in the same manner the average woman does. We are not interested in deep conversations, whether you are 'in the mood' or whatever. To us, in this world, this is a business transaction. I pay, you deliver.

Again, I'm not trying to make someone feel less than a person, but this is the hard realities of this profession/hobby. When the real world of human nature and the fantasy world of human nature collide, it gets very confusing.

I will say that you nailed it with the male ego part, as well as the girls speaking out part. But again, this is not the real world (without getting overly complicated in that statement), this is a fantasy world (imagine The Matrix). Here I can stroke my ego, because if I'm willing to pay the price I can be with someone as striking as you, whereas in the real world, what are my chances (sans the money exchange)? And here, because everyone of us know that the only way we are going to have any chance of seeing you ladies to is pay up, then I'll be damned if I'm going to sit back and listen to you bitch about 'anything.' It's a business transaction to us. Again, I'm not meaning to be crass, but we don't put feelings with this. We are choosing how we spend our money to get what we can't get, or don't want to mess with all the baggage to get in the real world. Actually I haven't booked a session since early 2011 for that very reason. In other words I came to my senses.
When I do book again it will simply be to treat myself to a beautiful, 20 something, petite and exotic provider offering a full menu.
This is something a mature man isn't likely to experience on Match or other free dating sites.

There has never been a short supply of sex from average looking or 40+ wonderful women on these sites and few have relationship expectations by this point. They're just happy to hang with a guy they can relate to who is still fit and unmarried.
