This hobby is a microcosm of the real world. There is a fair share of irresponsible or disorganized people among both providers and clients who account for the non-responses, routine cancellations and no-shows. I can surmise that providers have to handle a larger volume of communications (good or bad) than clients, and I appreciate those who maintain good customer service nonetheless.

TCB, can be tough. It can go both ways.I am surprised I still have hair...and sometimes I just need to cancel cause I get headaches...this is a biz where personal is not welcome... so assumptions surface a lot. I try to give clients a few chances and do not expect the same in return.
