Lana's P411 account was approved the same way as everyone else, by submitting two references posted by established clients on her application. We don't approve provider accounts based on another provider's vouch, except in VERY limited circumstances.
She lost her P411 account a few weeks later, because I received a rip-off report from an established P411 client member. She was given the opportunity to resolve the situation with the client, or prove her innocence. Which she clearly is not going to do.
Not that any of this matters, but in case you all didn't realize this, she just isn't the kind of provider I want on P411 (if I can help it).
