I'm here in Houston doing some... Whale Watching. I thought I would do a test. I picked THREE providers.

Within one hour I had a PM response and spoke to two of them. All appointments were set. I only got one text message... "Can I call you?" I had already sent P411 requests right after I sent PM.

That is exactly the problem. Us ladies in the 300/hr range know what customer service - except that we don't call it customer service because that's indicative of lower quality. The term I use is client relations. I don't have customers, I have clients. This isn't Walmart.
