I can shoot. I practice. If I were to carry, I would be licensed to do so! I would never admit to anyone during a session that I have it, because the only reason to have it out is to use it! And, bet your ass that if I had to pull it, it is getting used! I agree with Wakeup... playing with guns is idiotic! Too many factors, mixed with many providers habits, that create potential deadly situations.

Being a sensible gun carrier doesn't mean you brag about having it...it's about knowing when and how to use it properly (actually, hoping you never need to use it). In fact, concealed carriers shouldn't tell anyone ...it is called concealed for a reason! I don't think a gun makes a chick any hotter or sexier!!

When my NRA magazine arrives each month the first place I look is the "Armed Citizen" page, typically vignettes like 13 y/o baby-sitter shoots dead 2 intruders...feelgood stuff like that.

But that's just one side of the story. I think the magazine ought to have an "Armed Bonehead" section...I even emailed the editor and suggested as much but - the political considerations why they don't are just too great. At any rate, shame sometimes works wonders to improve behavior.

I nominate this thread for "Armed Bonehead" Hall of Shame.

If a Provider did have a Concealed Carry Permit, and had the weapon with her while turning a trick, she just committed a greater crime than the hooker pinch, a Class A Misdomeanor is what you will catch if you committ a class B or higher and are armed and have a CCP.

As for the moron in the originol post, if she ever fired a big revolver while in that position, she would have 3d degree burns from the cylinder gap blast.

Yes, I know the laws when it comes to CCP...my comment was really geared more toward the responsibilities of carrying, not bragging, flashing, bla bla bla..anotherwords ... playing with guns is dumb!
