There is pleasure in giving pleasure. It is a turn-on to hear a lady enjoying herself and it increases our pleasure.

I had a session a few weeks ago where the lady had several orgasm's (I could feel and hear them - no possibility of fake - her contractions almost pushed me out). I wasn't able to finish. It's a mental and upbringing thing with me. I always open doors for women. I stand up whenever my date or female friend gets up from the table. I help her on (and off) with her coat. I'm looking to satisfy her sexually before she takes her shot at satisfying me. I'm disappointed if the woman doesn't climax.
