"BTW, why were the Iranians even involved? Maybe, if that dimotard -- Jimmy the Peanut -- had supported a staunch U.S. ally rather than publicly ridiculing him, things in Iran would be different then . . . and today. "

Are you referring to our stauch ally the SHAH?

The 1953 Iranian coup d'état (known in Iran as the 28 Mordad coup[3]) was the overthrow of the democratically elected government of Iran, and its head of government Prime Minister Mohammad Mosaddegh on 19 August 1953, orchestrated by the United Kingdom (under the name 'Operation Boot') and the United States (under the name TPAJAX Project).[4][5] The coup saw the formation of a military government under Mohammad-Rezā Shāh Pahlavi, who progressed from a constitutional monarch to an authoritarian one who relied heavily on United States support to hold on to power until his own overthrow in February 1979.[6]

Did Iran have something to do with Benghazi? Or is this a "cut and paste" contest?

I think the Persians are not "enchanted" with the Arabs, regardless of where they might be residing.

What do you think?

Certainly wasn't referring to Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini!

New screen name ... "lostinspace" for "lostincypress" ...

wtf does the shah or Iran have to do with Benghazi? ... did he make the video?

Oh, wait, he's dead!

Unless of course it's true that the Iran is supporting Syria, we are supporting the rebels, and the folks in Libya were being trained by the Agency to help out the "rebels" (including Al Qaeda) with weapons given to the U.S. by the Brits for "safekeeping"!

.

I was responding to the previous post about our friend in Iran, the Shah. Excuse me for responding to IB. I understand you taking offense with my comment. My apologies for the totally off topic comment.

The Shah was no friend of mine. Long time friend of mine helped train some of this cousins, nephews, sons of friends, etc, to fly military aircraft "assigned" to the Shah, with extreme patience ... his first graduating pilot (12 months to get out!!!!) was beheaded after he flamed out at an airshow and dropped his "ride" in the sand. After that it took as long as it took... so they could keep their heads.

We prop up these turds and pay for it later. Ho Chi Minh comes to mind. Saddam, also.

Since you have no clue about what you post, it makes it easier to respond. Talk the talk. Ok?

I think you misinterpreted my post. The only question I have in my mind: Is it intentional.

Do you have anything to contribute to the thread topic? Or do you want to discus your topic?

The more I think about it the more I believe that it is just the ineptness of this administration that allows sooooo much fucking up it is starting to make me embarrassed for them.
Cant cover up Benghazi, got a guy spilling the beans about spying on us AND everybody elses pissing off our allies, fast and furious menas thay cant even remeber to put tracking chips in the weapons, DOJ cover ups and on and on. AND Obama wants to think we looked bad to the rest of the world under Bush. Obama single handedly is going to set back the struggle for equality a hundred years. Oh thats right, they really dont want equality.

This is really going to be some bad shit when it all washes out.Hell we may even get our hands spanked by the UN not that it matters that 4 American citizens died dbecause they are so inept. Maybe they were just unlucky and victims of circumstance.

I am beginning to think that the commies won the cold war.

One of these days some of you will come to understand that we have a government that is out of control. Very precarious times.

An amazing plan to create a fear in the general populace that they will tolerate the lies, misdirection, and fraud perpetrated upon the citizenry. If we dont collect all the data that is available, how can we protect you from the "terrorists"? The cover-ups themselves become more misdirection as the orchestrate another dilemma. I would not be surprised if part of the job of the NSA was to scrub data as well as collect. It is no wonder they want and feel the need to control the internet.
