I know most people don't, a lot of people would like to, if you do it with only certain clients you wouldn't admit it anyway
I wish I could do it......I love that warm feeling "inside"
are there kits you can buy that test for everything? then you could just use the test kits together before an apt and show each other you are both clean? can you go to your doc or clinic and get a bill of health?
I dunno...I just get a lot of requests for this and wondering what the community though

It's never safe unless with your real life partner even then I'm still very safe... If you go with a client and test and he goes and sees someone else bb the next day and she has aids then what? You thought you was safe but you can never be 100% safe in this business

Before it is miss understood I have not and will not BB in the hobby. I was saying a kit would be nice in relationships or if we never had to worry about getting something because BB fells better to me

BAD idea. HIV doesnt always show up in your system until 6 months later. Herpes wont show up on a test like that, you would need blood work for that.

There is no guarantee that either party is "clean". There is no way of knowing for sure. I wouldn't recommend it.

Do you have any idea how much of the population is infected now with HPV?
You do realize that some strains of HPV cause cancer?
If you want BBFS go find a significant other, but keep that out of the hobby.
Try female condoms.
If you choose to offer it, I'm sure you'll be busy. Totally up to you.

Every STD has a latency period during which the carrier has been exposed to the STD and is contagious, but symptoms have yet to materialize. During this period, a test for the STD may show up positive, but can also render a false negative.
The latency period can vary from a few days for some STD's, to weeks or even months for others. Also, some STD's, particularly HIV can remain latent and render a false negative for years before symptoms arise.
In other words, even testing just prior to unprotected sex, a negative test result in no way guarantees that the person is genuinely STD free.

Sadly, just making this post is going to affect you in two ways.
1) Men might get the impression that you offer BB and therefore shy away from seeing you.
2) Men get the impression that you offer BB, make an appointment and then demand it.

and other providers will (may) black list 'you' and 'your' references and will put the category 2 men or all of your clients ('coz they don't know who went for BB vs who went with cover) in black list.
Come on today is not April 1st!

Well, you have had the idea nixed by everyone who answered. After working in a medical clinic for some time, I concur!
If you want that "natural feeling" there used to be a condom called Natural Lamb; it was real lamb membrane, and it felt like I had nothing on. It was called 4X, maybe it is still around.
The drawback to this condom was that one time it slipped off and neither my wife or I could feel the difference. Between the two of us only, we privately called our daughter 4X. That accident was 44 years ago, best accident that has ever happened to me.
