What's the guidelines when a provider falls asleep on you during an outcall?

Let her sleep! Seriously, if you don't have anywhere to be, she feels comfortable enough in your presence to sleep, and she feels safe, where's the harm? Yes, this is a business transaction, but there is still the human element. Personally, I'd consider it a bit of a compliment assuming she doesn't fall asleep during sex...

well, since she showed up tipsy, i can see why she went to sleep to begin with [on saturday, i had one glass of white wine w/ lunch and as soon as i got home, pretty much conked out for 3 hrs. yeah, i know "lightweight!!"]

but her going to sleep the 2nd time? doesnt sound like you had intense, wipe out sex.
so still wondering if she were more than tipsy to begin with.
over what time frame - 1 hr, 2 hrs, 3 hrs??

IMO a couple glasses of wine are okay but if she is drinking to the point that she is passing out cold then there is probably a way bigger issue here.

i once visited a woman who took a pain pill soon after i arrived cos she was having major back muscle problems.

(She said she'd told him conversation and dancing, but I can't believe that would have flown.)

Anyway, it turned out she was diabetic and had allowed her blood sugar to get too low. Some orange juice and a few cookies later, and she was well enough to decline transportation and further attention.

We had some laughs about that on later appointments, but I was really worried for a while -- both for her and how I might have to try to explain an official report linking me with a dead escort in a motel room.

Wow glad you call 911 then and didn't just leave her there considering should could have died.

I know everyone in this hobby is super up tight about protecting personal information but should we be as hobbyist and provider be informing each other of medical conditions?

Depends on how well you know the woman and the circumstances. If she is a first timer you really need to be kinda careful..Who knows what can happen?? AND that goes for her as well- not a good idea to fall asleep with a stranger- or even do an overnighter for that matter!!
If I know her and have seen her a few times (this has happened twice)- cuddle up next to her, keep her warm- then absolutely fuck the shit out of her in the morning.
