houses/duplexes/apts in KC..

I am considering finding a place in KCMO......would that eb a great idea??

Does anybody know of any "easy to get in" apartments/duplexes/houses?? two bedroom at least.

This may have changed, but 5-6 months ago I read an article that KC apts were 95% full. This means the supply is low and they have a pick of renters and can name premium prices. OP area was 99% full at the time.

So answer is maybe, if supply is still low you would need solid work history (not escorting LOL) and proof of income. References and such, etc.

Dallas, you might try craigslist. You'll find a large concentration of apartments in the Westport/Plaza areas.

I do like the downtown/countryclub areas

Downtown/Art District/Plaza would be the most centrally located, which would be good for attracting business from the whole metro area.

I'd think about easy parking, though, too. KC is car-oriented. It's taken 25 years for a streetcar/rail thing to start happening, and it's still a couple of years away.

I don't know what you're thinking about for a lease term (3 mo., 6 mo., 1 year?), but a sublet might be a smart thing to do. That way, when some psycho client (or his angry wife) tries to scour google after he (she) learns your incall location address, your name isn't likely to pop up on public records.

I would think live somewhere different than where you play, just like what he said above, that way you nice fine ass is some what covered. I think I sent a pm about some different locations to give you a better idea.

And imagine how entertaining that will be for the next tenant at 3 in the morning. Not likely absent something like the lease being recorded or access to utility or credit report records, the latter of which would likely be alerted to her.

I am low volume...travel a lot,so wont be there fulltime.....and only work between 9am and 10pm
