Omg, that is sobering. I always tell girls think ahead, plan ahead, have an out, have a good safety net before you spoil yourself, and have a plan if shit hits the fan.
We are lucky here that we all do so well. If this were to ever become a sinking ship I would bail fast. I wouldn't even stick around if I lost a quarter of my business. Luckily it's always growing but I don't have all my faith in that or all my eggs in this basket. Things could change fast. One of the major sites I use like this one could go down like e.com did or like the Michigan board.

Sex has, does, and always will sell. What I read in that article is the deterioration of the middle class. The vast majority have less to spend, and core products are ridiculously expensive. Middle class members are bleeding each other dry.

Hmmm...is maybe the sex trade down because it is suddenly socially acceptable to fuck other men? It certainly seems it could be a small piece of the pie.

Yes, Johnny. Sex has always sold. Since the Caveman Days when the price was whatever the Hunter/Gather Man brought home. But I think the point of the Article was to show that even a fairly recession proof industry like Legalized Prostitution (Prostitution is Legal in certian parts of England similar to Nevada in the States). Is taking a major hit from the poor Economic conditions in Europe. By way of New or Former Provider's reentering the market, job losses & increased prices for basic necessities (food, shelter, fuel, etc.).
