I second that thinking. I don't ever haggle on prices and almost always give tips and/or gifts. Sometimes I will even bring food and drink for the lady. So let's see,

I am: friendly, and professional (working on my second degree and beyond) with the exception of not posting (which I do) and I make 6 figures but very shy of 150k

I remember a day when his lists were questioned, but they were legitimate questions rather than just accusations based on assumptions. I don't ever recall him getting pissy over someone saying..."no way does she belong on the list, I have had much better" or "I agree with #3, but would have put her more like #8". More to the point, I don't recall him saying he objects to any questioning of his list. Defending it doesn't mean you object to the question.
That said, I don't really care about his list at all, but always look at it anyway. This list was entertaining, but as many have stated, very over simplified.
