My proposal was not doing to another's toilet what you wouldn't do to your own. Whatever it saves or nothing, it was an idea I wanted to share, and I appreciate that you read it.

i had the non-benefit of touring a sewage treatment plant once, and the one I toured, all the non-soluble stuff ended up getting filtered out by going a across this screen, and it was the sewage treatment workers job to use a type of rake to scrap across the screen and toss it into a special garbage can. some where all the rubbers being flushed down the toilet are being collected.... how many per day in rochester do you think?

does that gross people out????

yes, flush the condom down the toilet, its not enough to plug the works, or else it would have already happened.

I know a provider who even flushed the envelope the money came in. I thought that was a bit extreme.

When I was a high school kid rowing crew in the Black Rock canal we used to see all kinds of used rubbers in the water. They were known as "canal fish". In retrospect I find it curious that so many rubbers were being used in 1962. We did see a fetus one day and the occasional dead body, strange days.

LOL....may have floated down from Front park. Back then lots of action took place at both places. Used to watch the submarine races a couple times a week back then and never used any rubbers. Ahhhh the good old carefree days.....
