That "multiple handle" issue happened to me when I initially attempted to create my account here. I had no clue of this site nor did I have an account set up. I simply tried again a few days later and was good to go. I was using my Android phone, not a computer... either way, the IP address couldn't have been the issue since my phone was purchased new in the box, so I assume it was a site glitch.
In alternate terms, use your smart phone. Come on, everyone has one...

The only problem with that Ginger is (in my case, anyway...not speaking for anyone else), that the smart phones don't overcome the stOOpidity of the idiot who's trying to use them.

Might I suggest just going to a starbucks or McDonalds and using their free wifi. Their wifi router most likely uses DHCP to assign your device a new IP.

Ginger u prolly don't know that those phones go thru a load balancing cluster of proxy servers, so from ur service provider there may be 20 or so ip addresses for a million phones. Expert professional opinion.
