Walk into the Blue Marlin Bar in the Del Rey Hotel in San Jose, CR. 50+ women of all nationalities, mostly very attractive with outstanding bodies. One hour for $60-$80 dollars. Women ask $100 but quickly come off of that. Around $200 for all night. I haven't been there is several years but it is indeed the land of milk and honey. And expensive. You would have to cover her travel expenses and then pay her for her time with whatever deal you could negotiate. Been to Hedo twice and Desire in Cancun 3 times. They are definitely fun places.
