No..I meant you DIDN'T just send it to those you said you did.
As I said...I received one, and I've never seen you, nor reviewed you.
It was random AND against our PM policy.
So...it wasn't harsh. It wasn't unnecessary. It was the same treatment others have received for that behavior.

I was simply extending you an invitation as a courtesy. Why not invite a mod to a party?
It doesn't have to say anything if Ive pre- screened before sending the invite.
I do appreciate your concern however for the safety of all hobbyist and providers alike... even if you are incorrect in your accusations.

And I didn't say you don't screen. But your PM doesn't say a WORD about it.
You are asking for masses of hobbyists to gather in one place, with no assurances of who is or isn't screened.
That's foolish, IMO.
You asked for feedback. Here are two bits:
1- don't abuse the pm system
2- tell people about your screening, or at least that everyone there IS going to be screened.

Sending unsolicited PMs is the issue. Not the number.
You are welcome to communicate with whomever you choose via PM. When we get complaints, that's where it becomes an issue.
And while I see you were being "courteous" with the invitation, that doesn't change that it was unsolicited.
If you choose your recipients carefully, you'll find little issues, I think.
All I'm saying is that you are clearly soliciting business. That's what ads are for. The threAD here in co-ed is totally OK too. But the PM....you stepped in the wrong direction.
My warning re: screening was advice to you and your prospective clients. Be safe...screen everyone. Bold it. Underline it. Or...don't come crying to the board when pics end up places you don't want, or someone gets arrested, or someone does something crappy at the party and ruins the fun.
Good luck with your bookings.

Buzzkill, perhaps??
Ariel, its not looking good arguing your point with a mod in open forum. It would be best to
do it behind the scenes. I did not read Duke's initial response as an attack or that he was picking on you. He generally saves those missives for me because he is jealous of my taint tickling skills.

Ariel, I think you are handling it well. I would call it more of an open and honest discussion. Considering you put your face on your photos and we don't, it is easier for us to criticize. I hope your party goes well, even though I could never attend, due to my marital bliss.

Set up a backdrop and some lights in separate room, ladies who don't mind their photos taken posing for guys who want to bring cameras could get interesting. But privacy concerns would have to be addressed and the cameras kept away from the general "party" area, as well as making sure GPS was turned off on the phone cameras.
