Damn, as one who worked for years as a business management consultant I have to say OliviaHoward knows the business of her business inside out, upside down and backwards. Undoubtedly OliviaHoward knows how to run her business like a well oiled machine and keeps more of the gross than most any other provider.

What is ironic is that only a few of you really figure out how to really capitalize on what you've got. Obviously OliviaHoward and theCFE are two who have figured it out. Ladies, if you have or haven't got any business sense, I'd try to borrow some good sense from OliviaHoward or theCFE if they'll allow you, as it is plain to see they understand important business aspects of your business that will or have taken them past the stage where they have to provide.

Make a budget.

Advertising: $350 (P411 advanced placement and EROS base ad)
Incall: $500
Travel: I suggest it. You'll be gone 36 - 48 hours and come back with a net anywhere from $2,800 - $3,500 or there abouts. Not bad.
Expense Items: $100
Don't forget to amortize photography too.

That puts you at $950.

If you eliminate the advertising it's $650, but you're cutting your own throat.

If you eliminate the incall, you're still at 10% with a PI.

Follow the math.

And always have a plausible back story. I have another business that is legitimate, will withstand scrutiny and easily explains the money. Sounds like you have one.

Alternatively, that's what an incall mate is for. If you are making $5,000 a month then you can easily afford $500 a month a rent in some other lady's incall. However, it is always best to have the lease and utilities in your name. You could always get an incall (A nice one is about $1,400 all in.) and let ladies pay you rent either on a by use or flat rate. I've done that before too. I let the money stack up $50 at a time until I had a month's rent. (It covered about 1.5 months rent every 6 months.) Sharing an incall works out well if you have 1 1/2 incalls. That is, you have an alternate place.

Remember, you have other fixed expenses too for travel and advertising. For instance, a base ad and advanced placement on EROS is $300 a month. P411 is $250 for advanced placement. If you post frequently on ECCIE, that's sufficient advertisement as far as I'm concerned, but other ladies clearly don't agree. Houston is too big of a market to not advertise effectively. Go Google escort and Houston and see what comes up.

Clear Lake- nice area, low crime rate...plus it's very close to me

Downtown- some area are bad with several Wards surrounding it...close to work for me.

Montrose/Midtown- good area, plenty of "happy" people, plenty of sight-seeing activities...not that far from downtown and also close to work for me.

The way my exSO did things back when she was in this line of work was she rented a 4 bedroom townhouse and then charged 3 other girls $100 per day to use it (the room was their's was not used by others if she wasn't in). None of the 4 of them lived there either (they'd occasionally crash there, but none lived there) it was nicely furnished with crap that looked nice from Craigslist even though it was all used and relatively cheap, the depreciation on furniture is tremendous so for example a year old couch that cost $2000 new could be had for $250, etc. Occasionally some of the girls would get screwed and only see one client that day and have to blow half her winnings on the room rent, so it's not fool proof. This also gave all of them easy access to do doubles and even triples if requested. If your low volume (days per monthwise anyway) a situation similar to this might work out ok.

The more people you involve the higher the risk, so no this idea is not smart at all.
